Our popular pub quiz runs every Monday from 8pm until 10pm. With a test of a wide range of general knowledge and the excitement of one lucky individual being asked the jackpot question, we hope there will be something for everyone. Maximum team size is 5 and the kitchen is also open 5-9pm if you're peckish!

We are lucky enough to have Luke Smith playing on Fridays and Saturdays from 9.30pm to 10.30pm and Sunday from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Expect to hear notable popular tunes from the 1950s to the present day, in an intimate and cosy setting. Get here early to secure a prime spot (and maybe even put in a cheeky request or two).
The Monument isn't usually a sports based pub but we make an exception for major events on terrestrial TV. Three televisions sit in three different sections of the pub, and tables can be booked to watch any match. If sport isn't your thing, please don't worry, the pub has plenty of quiet areas too.
